The reject sorter is used for treating the light rejects from turbo separator and float purger. It recovers the paper fiber and white water by Removing light rejects.
Fibrizer
Hydrapurger is used for separating light impurities in continuous pulping and discharging system; and is controlled by PLC.
"D" TYPE VERTICAL PULPER
'D' type hydrapulper is used for continuously pulping waste paper. The pulper tank shape is a 'D' structure, increasing contact between the rotor and pulp, so the pulping time is shorter. The power is transmitted by a pulley and belt system. This equipment is used for pulping LOCC, AOCC, etc., removing the plastics, Styrofoam and other light and heavy impurities from the pulper tank as early as possible, to avoid them being chopped and flow through the screen plate, so the capacity is higher and the pulp is cleaner.
