This machine is used to break up and disperse impurities such as sticky and viscous materials in recycled paper pulp. Using a combination of heat and mechanical force of the discs, the machine converts coarse impurities (such as glue, wax or resin) into very fine particles that are not visible to the naked eye. This prevents these materials from sticking to the body of the machines in subsequent stages and does not reduce the final quality of the paper.
