Continuous Charging and Discharging System for Low-Consistency Pulpers:
This system is designed to ensure the continuous operation of low-consistency pulpers (and in some cases, high-consistency pulpers) by integrating a trash separator—such as a fiberizer, poar, or hydropurger—and a drum screen into the pulper circuit. Furthermore, to complete the process, a raker and a grepel can also be incorporated into this system. In this setup, heavy rejects are removed via traps, while light rejects are discharged through the drum screen, raker, and grepel, eliminating the need for manual pulper cleaning by the operator.
